It is imperative to your child’s safety that CRS has an accurate record of any and all phone numbers by which we can contact an immediate family member. In addition to these, you will be required to identify surrogates who have your permission to pick up your child in the event of any change in procedures.

Each family will also choose a unique password which should remain confidential (only parents and surrogates should know this password – we advise you do not share this with your child) for the purpose of providing a safe and secure change in dismissal, should the need arise.
