| IIn conjunction with the Board Policy on Homework, the following are suggested guidelines for the assignment of daily homework throughout the grades: | ||||||||||||||||||||||

K: 15 minutes 1st : 20 minutes 2nd: 30 minutes 3rd: 45 minutes 4th: 1 hour |

| These are suggested times for students of average ability. Variations should occur for difference in student interest and motivation. If your child is home ill for more than two days, homework is sent to the child’s home. | ||||||||||||||||||||||
