Degrees and Certifications:
In 2000 I assumed the role of teacher of the self-contained special class in Ardsley High School. I provide instruction with a ratio of 12:1:4 to a cohort of individuals that benefit from individualized instruction in a small group setting. This program services ungraded students who are assessed through the New York State Alternate Assessment and are working to receive the Skills and Achievement Credential Certificate. I work closely with other professionals and the families of our students to ensure instruction is meaningful and to promote the generalization of skills to the natural environment.
