The Ardsley UFSD 2022-2023 school budget passed thanks to the support of voters. Here are the unofficial results from the vote.

Legal Notice of Public Hearing on Districtwide Safety Plan
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Education of the Ardsley Union Free School District shall hold a public hearing on the 31st day of May, 2022, at 7:00 P.M., at the Ardsley High School Library, Ardsley, New York, for the purpose of discussion of the proposed revisions to the Districtwide Safety Plan for the 2022–2023 school year to be considered for adoption by the Board of Education. A copy of the Districtwide Safety Plan with proposed changes is posted on the District website here or you may request a copy by contacting the District Clerk at daccurso@ardsleyschools.org.

AMS teacher, Sean Grady, wins the Outstanding Teacher of American History Award from the Daughters of the American Revolution.
Ardsley Middle School teacher, Sean Grady, won the Outstanding Teacher of American History Award from the Daughters of the American Revolution. Mr. Grady was nominated for this award by a college professor that he has worked with for years doing historical reenactments. Multiple letters of recommendation highlighting how Mr. Grady’s passion for history shines through in the classroom were submitted as part of the process. Congratulations!

Congratulations to AHS National Merit Semifinalists
Congratulations to Ardsley High School Semifinalists Sophie Barnett, Anisha Kumar, Joyce Lu, Anay Mody, Rosemary Stam, Alexandra Wang, and James Weber. These academically talented High School seniors have an opportunity to continue in the competition for some 7,500 National Merit Scholarships! National Merit Scholarship winners will be announced in Spring 2022.

Congratulations to Benito Cabezas on being selected for the College Board National Hispanic Recognition Program! He is being recognized for both his academic achievements and outstanding performance on the PSAT/NMSQT. The College Board National Hispanic Recognition Program started thirty-eight years ago and honors some of the most talented Latinx students across the country.
