This will be my 20th year teaching Concert Band and General Music. I have taught music K-8 in both public and charter schools. My middle and elementary school students have earned gold ratings in both county and state for Concert Band and Solo & Ensemble Festivals. Students from my schools have been accepted to competitive music programs in New York City. This summer, I was invited to share best practices using music technology at the annual NYSSMA Summer Conference. I will bring the same level of commitment and enthusiasm daily to the Concord Road Elementary School community.
