The Transportation portal will open for the 2020-2021 school year on August 31 at 9AM.Requests must be submitted via email to transportation@
ardsleyschools.org and will only be considered after September 13.
Student bus assignments are available on our online transportation portal, which you can access via this link: TRANSPORTATION.ARDSLEYSCHOOLS.ORG.
To log in:
- For user name, enter your child’s Ardsley UFSD ID number. (If your ID is a 9-digit number, you must include the 2 zeros at the front.)
- For password, enter your child’s student ID number again – and then follow the prompts to change the password. (When it asks for “old” password, enter the student ID number one more time.)
- If you have more than one child, you must log in separately for each.
**NOTE: ALL PASSWORDS ARE RESET TO STUDENT ID NUMBER FOR EACH NEW SCHOOL YEAR.**
After log-in, click on "View Student" to access your child's current bus information.
You may also use the “Parent Communication” link on the portal to provide the transportation department with updates to your phone number(s) and/or e-mail address(es) as shown under the bus information. NOTE: Please do NOT use this link to request route changes, report bus issues, or for other types of communication.
Please check the portal frequently during the first few weeks of school since time adjustments may need to be made to allow for students being added to or removed from your route.
