Football Players With Vision Training Had Fewer Concussions, Study Shows
A study performed using University of Cincinnati football players suggests that vision training can reduce the incidence of concussion by as much as 80%. The preliminary data suggests that by increasing the functionality of their peripheral vision, athletes can improve their reaction time, resulting in the ability to avoid potential concussion causing collisions.
