Our annual Halloween Parade will take place on Thursday, October 31, 2019. Students should bring their costumes to school in a bag. To ensure student safety, masks and weapons are not permitted. Weather permitting, the parade will take place on the bus lot. Parents are welcome to join us in the center of the bus lot to watch the parade, which will take place on the sidewalk. We strongly urge parents to carpool or park off-site and walk to the school due to the anticipated volume of traffic.
The parade start times are as follows:
- 1st Grade: 9:05am - 9:25am
- Kindergarten: 9:35am - 9:55am
- 4th Grade: 10:10am - 10:30am
- 2nd Grade & Special Classes: 10:40am - 11:10am
- 3rd Grade: 11:10am - 11:30am
*In order for our parade to progress smoothly and without interruption, there will be a dedicated location for classes to stop for a class photo.

Wednesday Early Dismissal Information
This is just a reminder that on Wednesdays we have early dismissal for students. Dismissal times are as follows:
Kindergarten & 1st grade students primary building walkers are dismissed at 2:20pm.
2nd, 3rd & 4th grade main building walkers are dismissed at 2:35pm.
Buses depart by 2:50pm.
We ask that you be at your child's bus stop early and wait for your child. This will alleviate children being brought back to school.
Main Building Walker Dismissal
Kindergarten, 3rd and 4th grade main building walkers will be dismissed from the the main entrance doors. 1st and 2nd grade main building walkers will be dismissed from the second grade wing, which is to the left of the main entrance as you exit the building, close to the upper parking lot.
There are roped off lanes designated as parent waiting areas for each grade level. Parents will form a line in their designated grade-level waiting area. As students exit the building, they will identify their adults. The adult should then leave the line to greet their child. If parents are picking up main building walker children from multiple grade levels, they should pick up their youngest child first and then proceed to the lineup area for their next oldest student. The exit locations will be in close proximity, which should result in an efficient and timely transition.
