Capital Project Feedback Forum
When: Thursday, 12/21/23 6:30 pm
Where: AHS Auditorium and other locations within the building
Who: All are welcome

6:30 pm - Overview of Capital Project - efforts and update
6:50 pm - All attendees go to a “location” throughout AHS to focus on a specific area:
Attendees can participate in up to two stations. At each station, facilitators will highlight each potential project in that area.
7:00 - 7:30 Station #1 (attend your highest interest area)
Attendees will be tasked with sharing their feedback via sticky notes. Color-coded sticky notes will be used by attendees to write their thoughts: BLUE - supportive comment(s), YELLOW - comment(s) about a project that gives you pause, and PINK - Share a Question(s)
If time permits summary info. will be shared at each station and questions can be answered, or captured and replied to via a document that will be shared widely after the event.
7:35 - 8:00 Station #2 (attend your next highest interest area)
Attendees are encouraged to attend a second station or leave. The station will be facilitated the same as above, just in a different area.
Summarized feedback from the night will help shape the final proposition(s). An update will be shared widely via email in January and also at the Tuesday, 1/9/24 Board Meeting.
