Hello and welcome to my physical education page!

I have been teaching physical education in Ardsley since 2001.

I have coached various levels of football from 2004 - 2009 and I coached modified baseball from 2004 - 2018. 

Prior to teaching, I worked as a strength and conditioning fitness trainer and a physical therapist aide. 

In 1998 I received my undergraduate degree from Pace University with a Bachelor of Science in Professional Studies with concentrations in Art, Anatomy & Physiology, and Psychology.

In 2003 I received my masters degree from Hofstra University with a Master of Science in Physical Education. 

I also have an extensive background in the martial arts. I have been practicing since 1990. I teach a basic martial arts/self defense unit during the school year.
