Welcome to Mr. Kennedy's Computer Science class. Over the course of the past several years, I have grown to become a strong advocate for integrating the science, technology, engineering and mathematics disciplines as much as I can in my classroom. With my position as Computer Science Teacher, I work hard to innovate my students to a level of challenge sufficient for college and career readiness. 

In this environment, students can feel safe to express themselves and take ownership of their learning. Communication and teamwork are key ingredients of the learning process. Students will be encouraged to share their ideas and learn from one another. Students will need to work together in a positive manner in order to be successful!

Computational thinking and active engagement will be a huge focus in the class, helping us to become master problem solvers. I look forward to a wonderful and successful school year!
