Welcome to first grade! I am so excited to be your child’s teacher this year. First grade is such a special and transformative year. Your child will grow and learn so much academically, socially, and emotionally. They will also gain more independence as learners. Our classroom will be a space where each child is valued as an integral part of our community and encouraged to be their unique selves. My goal is to instill within each of my students a lifelong love of learning, and the intrinsic motivation to work hard, challenge themselves, and of course, have fun! I look forward to partnering with you as we embark on this journey through first grade!
