WELCOME TO 5TH GRADE MATH!

I am so excited about being your child's 5th grade teacher this year.   I look forward to nurturing our youngest mathematicians at AMS and helping to instill a love of problem solving, critical thinking, and reasoning.  This year your child will learn to take responsibility for their own learning by developing a "tool kit" of strategies to draw from when tackling problems.  I look forward to an excellent year together!
